Lilli & Vale rooted in nature - and in purpose
Lilli and Vale are names we drew from the Australian landscape. The lilly pilly — a native tree known for its quiet resilience, its soft colour, and its ability to thrive in the most unassuming of places. The vale — a sheltered valley, a place of rest, a natural pause between what came before and what comes next.
Together, they reflect exactly what we believe our work should be: something rooted, something gentle, and something that helps people find their footing in the space between one chapter and the next.

Where we came from
Lilli & Vale began with two things: years of hands-on experience, and a problem we couldn't stop thinking about.
Our founder spent years running a professional cleaning business — learning what it takes to do the job properly, to show up reliably, and to leave a space genuinely transformed. Over time, that path led into the world of person-centred support services, working alongside individuals and families navigating some of life's most complex and vulnerable moments.
It was in that work — sitting with people in difficulty, listening before acting, understanding that how you show up matters as much as what you do — that the gap became impossible to ignore.
Families dealing with the loss of a loved one couldn't find a clearance service that treated the home — and the memories inside it — with real respect. Landlords faced with abandoned properties were left to piece together a solution from multiple contractors, none of whom understood the full picture. Short-stay hosts needed a reliable, professional team they could trust with their property and their reputation — and struggled to find one.
Lilli & Vale was built to be the answer to all three.
Who we are
We are a team of people who have spent our careers showing up for others — and who wanted to keep doing exactly that, in a new way.
Our team brings together backgrounds in education, key working, community support, occupational therapy, and professional cleaning. These aren't just credentials — they are the foundation of how we approach every single job. We know how to read a room. We know when to talk and when to work quietly. We know what it means to be trusted with something that matters.
What draws our team to this work is the same thing that started it: the belief that people in difficult moments deserve more than a transaction. They deserve a team that genuinely cares about getting it right — for them, not just for the property.
